Revolución al diapasón
Revolución al diapasón examines the fundamental role of artists in creating a transformative social project. In a town marked by exploitation and the scars of violent colonization that left deep divisions, bolivian artists highlight the power of art to build bridges and promote reconciliation.
Through the perspective of a hip hop singer, an urban graphic artist, a punk singer, an actor, and a musician-researcher, the documentary critically addresses issues of decolonization, identity, social inequality, and gender equality. These artists unravel the contradictions within their society, while showing how art becomes a powerful tool to drive democracy, equality, and freedom.
